New Dilli: The verdict in the Babri Masjid demolition case will announced Nedu. CBI special court judge SK Yadav will pronounce the verdict after a nearly 28-year-long trial. It is learned that BJP senior leaders LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti, Kalyan Singh, Vishwa Hindu Parishad leaders Vishnuhari Dalmia, Giriraj Kishore, Vinay Katiyar and Sadhvi Ritambara have been named as accused in the case. Among them Ashok Singhal, Vishnuhari Dalmia and Giriraj Kishore died. Judge SK Yadav on May 16 directed the other 32 accused to appear in court in person on September 30. However, Uma Bharathi and Kalyan Singh are being treated for coronavirus infection.
However, Advani and Joshi are also not appearing in court. Kovid-19, age, showing health reasons they were exempt. Those convicted in the case face up to five years in prison.
