Suryapeta: The flood calm continues for the Pulichintala project due to heavy rains. With this, the authorities raised 6 gates by 4 meters and released water to the bottom. The total water storage capacity is 45.77 TMCs while the current water storage capacity is 43.304 TMCs. Also, the full water level was 175.89 feet and the current water level was 173.390 feet. Project inflow was 2,60,892 cusecs and outflow was 1,93,240 cusecs.
